LUCIEN TUJAGUE IS A CON MAN.
Here’s an example of how Lucien Tujague jr is a con man and a liar.
We bought the house at the end of July 2020. Lucien Tujague jr LIED about the credit which was intended for us to complete the landscaping, and instead, he applied a 68k ‘credit’ to the balance of the mortgage. Which of course, left us zero money to do the landscaping.
In August of 2020 he stated that we have yet another credit, a CREDIT UNTIL THE YEAR 2030, for the Home Owners Association fees of $150 per month.
However as you can see, HE LIED AGAIN.
Here is the documentation of his threats to do a lien foreclosure on our home for HOA fees which HE HIMSELF gave us a 10 year credit for.

He is a con man.
He is a liar.
He is a scam artist and a fraud.
He will lie to your face to close a deal and then disappear.
He will promise you everything until everything is signed and then manipulate the terms.
He will threaten you.
We know because he did it to us, and we are speaking out THE TRUTH ABOUT LUCIEN TUJAGUE.
We bought a house from him for over
1 million dollars in Los Establos.
After buying this brand new custom home he built, we came to find out it needs over $500,000 in repairs due to shoddy workmanship, and poor quality materials.

I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING TO BUY IN LOS ESTABLOS ESTATES TO KNOCK ON EVERY DOOR IN THE DEVELOPMENT AND ASK THEM ABOUT LUCIEN TUJAGUE.

Lucien Tujague is the head of the ARC committee (which as of September 2021 is illegal for him to hold that position)
Lucien Tujague assigned himself an automatic 99 votes for his ‘one vote’ so do the math, the number of lots vs the number of votes he has. He can and will supersede anything voted on.
Lucien Tujague is the developer of Los Establos.
Lucien Tujague is the builder of the house in question in this blog.
Lucein Tujague also owns Dominion Asset LLC the building company that built the scam of a house he sold us for over 1 million dollars.

- He disagreed with repairing the water problems

- He disagreed with cleaning the lake which is overgrown with knotweed
DO NOT TRUST LUCIEN TUJAGUE HE CONNED US OUT OF OVER ONE MILLION DOLLARS.
HE HAS THREATENED TO SUE FOR DEFAMATORY STATEMENTS.
HE HAS THREATENED TO EVICT FOR SIMPLY REPAIRING THE HOUSE HE BUILT.
HE HAS HIDDEN KNOWN PROBLEMS WITH THE HOUSE.
HE HAS HIDDEN KNOWN TOXIC WATER PROBLEMS IN LOS ESTABLOS (he received a boil water notice from Blackland 2 weeks prior to engaging in a contract with us and NEVER informed us and denied all knowledge of it, yet we have the notice he received).
